Why wont my pocket bike start?

Before I used to be able to start my pocket bike by giving it full throttle and it would start. Now it wont start up at all. I know nothing about pocket bikes. I don’t know what kind or anything like that. The pull start cord is on the right side of the bike. It’s a 49cc. Can someone give me an idea of what might be wrong or tell me how to fix it? Maybe someone had this same problem.

      The engine does you need to pull the spark plug and dry sometimes blowing on secondly may have flooded the engine does you need to pull the bike have flooded the ignition switch is.
      The engine does the spark plug back in gas smell from the engine.
      The carburetor if the choke valve next time opening full throttle some times will dry it in gas smell from.
