   In almost every state its illegal to ride them on “Public Roads” because they don’t meet specific specifications to make them street legal you do not need insurance or a license.

   The groung cant be seen looked it up with gas scooters while back in texas.
   The only reason is its so low to the groung cant be seen looked it no lights tags etc.

   Pocket bikes are toys.
   Plain and simple.
   There is nothing illegal about being a toy.
   You don’t need a license to play with toys.
   You don’t need insurance to play with toys.

   Don’t play with your toys in the street.
