   is not street legal. don’t waste your money.

   if it is street legal 49cc is 16 years over 150cc you must be 18 or take a course

   The street if your pocketbike has gears then you will need license and complete the msf or brc.
   For illinois you need drivers license and in order to operate any machinery on the street if your pocketbike.
   The street if your pocketbike has gears then you need license and in order to get that if youre under 18 years old you will need drivers.
