What is a good site to buy mini pocket bikes?

i am looking for one that is about $200-$350, but can’t find any good sites. i also want it to have a speed of about 45-50mph. i dont want it to be too small though, like 28 inches high is fine. also, i would prefer a keystart with backup pull. anyone know any good sites where i can find these requirements? ebay doesn’t help either
