are pocket bikes legal in the state of maryland you do need to register and tag these vehicles right?? even though they only go 35 MPH.. i was looking for a moped but the prices are ridiculous just to get one under $1,000 plus the shipping and handling lift gate fees and not to mention getting the thing assembled and prepped just to have it ready to drive.. gas prices i guess are making people greedy

so if the pocket bike is legal i might get that instead.. theyre mostly between $200-$500 waaaay below my price range im trying to spend
