i am wondering whether or not to let my 14 year old son buy a pocket bike, hes pretty mature and he wants to buy the cagllari pocket bike (which isnt very fast only goes to about 33 mph) and a motorcycle helmet. we live in cali so theres a lot of open space. should i let him?
