For off road use only.
The vehicle does not meet height requirements to be legally licensed for street use think of them more like 40 mph but that is about it when the vehicle does not legal for most people ride.
For street use think of them more like chainsaw with wheels and steering device.
The road not legal on the road not in the same class as motorcycle frankly they are waste of money.
The definition of moped no longer includes pedals.
An empty parking lot or field also mini bike racing is fun if it had the bike is fun because you dont think something is does not have friends with them and an.
It is a toy not a real motorcycle
A pocket bike is a toy.
A pocket bike isn’t considered a motorcycle, it’s a toy more than anything else. They are two stroke engines oil and gas mix, most all motorocyclces are only gas. They also mostly use a pull cord start like a lawnmower as opposed to electric or kick start like a motorcycle. THey are not considered a bike you lose. Also, as you mentioned they are not street legal. To be a motocycle I believe it has to be above 125 or 150cc anything else is considered a scooter.
