pocket bikes
Stacey asked:

If I ride it in a gated community can a cop pull me over and give me a ticket or confiscate my bike? I live in Florida by the way, in Collier county if that helps. I just want to make sure so I don’t get shot at and tasered to death.
You cops sound snobby even in text.

if you get killed on it in gated community… who is going to pay insurance?
      gated community… = city.

For any street that the public uses your friends driveway is legal for any street period.
The owners permission city owned playgrounds school yards and fined your toy can be confescated and you are caught on any street period.

      It’s possible.

And you want to know something Hank?
Not one of us is a cop.
We just ride (and sometimes fix) real motorcycles.
Kids riding pocket bikes illegally bring heat on us that we don’t deserve.
Not snobby, just tired of the crap.

The gated area requires permission from all the owners and their insurance company.
