      if its street legal u need licence but if its a small one u dont need licence..

      actually you have to be 16 and have a drivers license…
      and in most states they’re illegal to ride on city streets.

      The neighborhood though gas ones are probably still only smart to ride around the neighborhood ive never gotten complaints about the noise.
