   Pocket bikes are toys. Can’t play with toys in the street.

   Can’t make a 49cc pocket bike legal. You can stop in and ask the people at your local BMV.
   Respectfully, you have wasted your money. Sell as fast as possible and save your money for a real motorcycle when you are of driving/riding age.
