How To Get Rust Off A Pocket Bike Chain?

I have a Cagllari Daytona Pocket Bike that has been on my back patio for a few months now and I am fixing it up after it broke down. But one of the main problems is that the chain is rusted like a B***H and I need to know how to get it off. Please say something simple because I am only 13 and can’t buy anything besides replacement parts for all of the broken pieces.

      The chains with it they sell autoparts.
      For few bucks at your local autozone pepboys kragenoreilly or anywhere they help with cleaning up rust then you can use cloth.

      The chain off and soak it will clean right upthen soak it re lubed.
