my friend has two pocket bikes but they dont have license plates. i told him if he gets a license plate he needs to be like 16 or have a license to ride it on the street…..i’m i right or wrong……he’s selling them for 150 each is that a good deal?

   In the Phoenix area I’m pretty sure they are illegal. I don’t know if this is a state law or just a city one.

   A motorcyle question… Pocket bikes can’t be licensed in any state and can only be ridden on private property.
