how do i shift correctly on my x19 super pocket bike?

i just got my x19 super pocket bike and i want to know how to correctly shift into gear and ride. i am 15 so i am willing to learn how to do this, and i definitely dont want to break my brand new motorcycle due to me not shifting right. please help.
