how do i install and connect tachometers and lights on a pocket bike?

hey. i bought an old pocket bike and its still running but the problem im having is when it was sold to me, all the wires were disconnected leaving me to put it back together. i have no idea what im doing. is there any online instructions on how you do it? the wires that were disconnected were the tachometer, signal lights and other stuff. please help if yoou can.
