How do I check my 49cc cat eye pocket bike wiring?

My pocket bike won’t turn on. my electric starter doesnt work at all so i use my pull start and my pocket bike won’t turn on at all. I just need a like a diagram to check if all the wiring on my bike is correct. PLEASE HELP!! =\

      The starter switch or start switch or start bitten 3starter good spark plug the maker but if you do you do is it just an off on switch start bitten 3starter good charge in.
