Exhaust for my CAG pocket bike broke where it bolts onto the engine and frame. Would welding the pieces work?

I let my friends borrow my 49cc 2 stroke CAG. pocket bike for a bit and he never bothered to tighten or check bolts and screws be for riding it and caused my exhaust mounts to crack off, also the one exhaust hole where it screws into the engine has a piece missing. any suggestions on how to fix this without buying a whole new exhaust and engine?

      An oversized screw or you can have it will be able to attach the frame is steel you may be able to retap the exhaust or bolt to.
