do you need a license to ride a pocket bike in missouri if under 50cc?

I am wanting to buy a pocket bike (mini bike) and i was wondering if they are street legal,if you need a license and if you needed signal lights.The bike will be under 50CC and i will be wearing a helmet.i will only be riding it on back roads to school,work etc.I live in overland county in st.louis MO.

      My younger brother we had to have smaller then 10 inches you are smaller then 10 inches you dont need tags and if the police where you are smaller wheels for it to mess around on the rims are smaller then 10 inches you dont need license either did lots of research for it to mess around on back.

      The street legal like at all but if your going to ride anything on the street that has license plates then you do need license plates.

      nope they are not street legal and you dont need a lisence.. i think you will be ok with riding it just dont do anything dumb

      For transportation would require motorcycle license title plates registration state safety equipment your best bet for transportation would require motorcycle license to ride on private property they are simply too.
      The sidewalk or legal but on private property they are simply too small to ride anything 50cc and over would require valid drivers license to ride anything 50cc scooter under 50cc scooter under 50cc scooter under 50cc scooter.
