pocket bike
john s asked:

I want to get an x19 super bike but im not sure if I will be able to ride it legally. I know i can get it registered locally at my dmv i just dont know if I would need a regular license(17 years old) to ride it. If thats the case then it wont be worthwhile to get it because i could just get a real bike.
