difference of super bikes and pocket rockets?

I am 13 and I want to get a bike to trick out before i get my license so that i have time(to trick it out).Well pocket bikes or rockets are very cheap in the $100 range, but super bikes are a little bit more expensive , but a lot bigger than the pockets. Is the super bikes worth getting or are they a waist of money….because I want to have a lot of fun with my $$$. I will drive it in regular terrain.
