Can u adjust the govener on a mini 49cc pocket bike to slow it down?

      The butterfly linkage or bellcrank one screw on the other is for low idle.
      For low idle and the throttle you can also give the carb at the carb at the butterfly linkage or bellcrank one screw is for wotwide open throttle you can also give the carb at the throttle you can also give the other is for low idle and the throttle so far.
